​At Livelyup, our goal is to provide a seamless and effective talent sourcing platform for global employers. Because we provide immediate access to digital services, network reach, and digital real estate (such as Featured Jobs), our cancellation and refund policies are structured to reflect the immediate value delivered upon purchase.

​Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any job posting package (Basic, Standard, or Extended).

​1. Cancellation Policy

Account and Job Listing Cancellation

  • ​Employers may cancel or unpublish an active job listing at any time directly through their Employer Dashboard.
  • ​Canceling an active job listing removes it from the public job board immediately.
  • ​Employers may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

Package Validity

  • ​Purchasing a Basic, Standard, or Extended package provides a set number of standard job postings and featured job credits. These credits remain available in your account until consumed or until they reach their stated expiration date.
  • ​Canceling a live job early does not return the consumed posting credit to your account balance.

​2. Refund Policy

​Due to the digital nature of our platform, refunds are only issued under highly specific circumstances.

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Accidental Purchases: If a package is purchased by mistake, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction, provided absolutely no credits (standard or featured) have been used.
  • Technical Failures: If a verified technical error on our platform prevents your job from being published and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Consumed Credits: Once a job has been published to the live job board or a “Featured” status has been activated, the service is considered rendered. No refunds will be issued for that credit.
  • Partially Used Packages: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for remaining, unused job credits within a purchased tier.
  • Lack of Candidates: Livelyup provides the platform and visibility for your open roles, but we cannot guarantee the volume or quality of applications. Refunds are not issued based on candidate response rates.
  • Terms of Service Violations: If a job posting is removed by our moderation team for violating our Terms and Privacy policy (e.g., spam, discriminatory language, or fraudulent opportunities), the posting credit is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

​3. Processing Refunds

​All approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
